Ahead of the highly anticipated Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 announcement, the extended list was revealed on Wednesday, featuring seven Indian restaurants among the ranks. Mumbai led the way with Americano, The Table, and The Bombay Canteen securing spots, alongside exciting entries from Delhi, Bengaluru, and Kasauli.
Mumbai’s Culinary Icons Make the Cut
Americano (#71): Since opening in 2019, chef Alex Sanchez’s modern eatery in Kala Ghoda has become a hotspot for inventive cuisine and handcrafted cocktails.
The Table (#88): A Mumbai institution for over 15 years, it made a stunning comeback on the list. With chef Will Aghajanian revamping the menu in 2023, co-owner Gauri Devidayal credits their renewed focus on innovation and excellence.
