Spotted by @traderjoesobsessed, a popular digital creator known for sharing the latest Trader Joe’s finds, Lemon Flavored Mini Sheet Cakes are finally back on shelves.

These tiny cakes are the perfect springtime treat full of tangy lemon flavor paired with a creamy citrus cream cheese frosting that cuts the tartness just enough, garnished with a sprinkling of bright lemon zest. The affordable treat, which costs just $5.49, claims it’s enough to feed six people, but no one will judge you for grabbing a fork and snacking all by yourself. 

According to The Kitchn, these tasty treats are usually limited edition, so if you spot one at the store, be sure to grab one or even two so you always have a lemon cake on hand for emergency sweet-tooth-sating situations.
