RailTel Dividend 2025: RailTel, a Navratna PSU, on Wednesday declared the 2nd interim dividend at the rate of 10 per cent for the FY2024-25. In the filing, the company said the board approved the dividend proposal in the meeting to be held today, March 12, 2025.
RailTel shares slipped 0.60 per cent during the intraday on Wednesday. The scrip was trading at Rs 291.30 apiece around 2:30 PM on BSE, against the previous day close at Rs 293.05 apiece.

RailTel said that the Board of Directors has also approved Wednesday, 02nd April 2025 as “Record Date” for the purpose of payment of 2nd interim dividend of FY 2024-25.

Revenue for the year FY23-24 reached 2,567.82 Cr., with quarterly figures standing at 767.62 Cr. in Dec-24 and 843.49 Cr. in Sep-24. Net profit for the year stood at 246.21 Cr., with 65.05 Cr. in Dec-24 and 72.64 Cr. in Sep-24. EPS for the year was recorded at 7.67, with quarterly values at 2.03 and 2.26 for Dec-24 and Sep-24, respectively. Cash EPS for FY23-24 reached 12.59, with 3.37 in Dec-24 and 3.51 in Sep-24. Furthermore, the OPM% stood at 19.14 for the year, with 17.39 and 15.95 for Dec-24 and Sep-24, respectively. NPM% for the year was recorded at 9.59, with 8.47 in Dec-24 and 8.61 in Sep-24.
