When you’re someone who might deal with chronic inflammation, you likely need to cook more meals at home to fit into an anti-inflammatory diet. I’m the same way, and many of my colleagues are too. Because of that, we’ve collected several kitchen tools to help us cook our favorite, most reliable recipes.

I’ve been whipping up versions of this roasted carrot salad for months now, oftentimes even cooking the kale to make an easy anti-inflammatory salad for lunch. It’s filled with so many textures and flavors, and the key ingredients (kale, carrots and pumpkin seeds) all fight against sensitivities in the body. The one thing I have to have for this recipe? A pasta bowl. I never want to dig around a deep bowl for salads again, and luckily, I don’t have to with this set on hand.
