Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow, and her husband Dr. Terry Dubrow, who is a plastic surgeon on the TV show Botched, are ditching the 90210 for a more modest—and flexible—lifestyle. The reality TV stars are offloading their Beverly Hills mansion for $25 million, per TMZ.

The Dubrows bought their English-style “dream house” in July 2023 for $16 million from the estate of late filmmaker Martha De Laurentiis. Since the purchase, the 1940s compound has gone through several rounds of renovations. Now, the two-story hilltop home, which sits on eight acres of land, features five bedrooms and nine bathrooms spread across 9,000 square feet.

A grand entry foyer with dual staircases greets guests. The main space is defined by a sun-drenched living room lined with bookshelves, a formal dining room with a fireplace, and a kitchen with a marble island and stainless appliances. Other luxe amenities include an upstairs primary suite featuring a cozy seating area, a private balcony looking out onto the LA skyline, and dual walk-in closets. The top floor also hosts a library and a media room, per Robb Report.
