REC Interim Dividend 2025: REC, a Maharatna PSU, on Wednesday declared its 4th interim dividend of Rs 3.60 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. PSU has also fixed the record date and payment date for the said interim dividend.
REC’s shares are up 1.55 per cent during the intraday on Wednesday. The scrip was trading at Rs 427.95 apiece around 1:00 PM, against the previous day close at Rs 421.40 apiece.
REC has a market cap of Rs 1.12 lakh crore and is part of BSE 100.

The company has fixed Wednesday, March 26, 2025 as the record date for the said interim dividend.
REC Interim Dividend 2025 Payment Date
“this is to inform that the Board of Directors of REC Limited (“REC” / “the Company”) in its meeting held on March 19, 2025, considered and declared 4th interim dividend @ t3.60/ · (Rupees Three and Paise Sixty only) per equity share on 10/ – each for the financial year 2024-25. Further, the record date for the said interim dividend is Wednesday, March 26, 2025 and the sa id interim dividend shall be paid/ dispatched on or before April 16, 2025 to those shareholders,” the company said in the filing.
REC Financials
REC has reported strong financial results. Revenue for the quarter ended December 24 stood at 14,157.19 crore, while revenue for the nine months ended December 24 reached 47,214.15 crore. The company reported a net profit of 4,029.09 crore for the quarter and 14,019.21 crore for the nine months. This translates to an EPS of 15.31 for the quarter and 53.11 for the nine months.
REC Dividend History
The company has consistently rewarded its shareholders with regular dividend payouts. The most recent interim dividend of ₹4.30 per share was announced with an ex-date of February 14, 2025. Prior to this, the company declared an interim dividend of ₹4.00 per share on November 8, 2024, followed by another interim dividend of ₹3.50 per share on August 9, 2024. Additionally, a final dividend of ₹5.00 per share was issued on June 28, 2024, for the financial year. Earlier in the year, an interim dividend of ₹4.50 per share was also distributed on March 28, 2024.
