Jennifer Lopez isn’t straying too far from her previous block. The actor and hitmaker snagged a mansion near Los Angeles for $18 million, People reports. The “On the Floor” singer has reportedly been on the hunt for a new home since separating from her now-ex-husband, Ben Affleck, in spring 2024. According to reports from People and Realtor.com, Lopez’s new 8,600-square-foot gated manse sits on a two-acre plot roughly an hour away from her former Beverly Hills neighborhood and boasts a family-friendly feel that blends “the best of New England charm” and “relaxed California informality.”

The pop star’s five-bedroom, eight-bathroom SoCal dwelling is packed with luxury amenities, including a wet bar, home theater, gourmet kitchen, and massage room. The primary suite comes complete with dual walk-in closets and a spa-inspired bathroom equipped with a steam shower and soaking tub.

Lopez and Affleck’s rekindled romance and subsequent 2022 wedding came two decades after their highly-publicized early aughts relationship. Their divorce was finalized in January of this year. The duo bought a Beverly Hills pad in June 2023 for a whopping $60 million; they listed the massive 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom property in July 2024. It currently sits on the market for $68 million.

As for Affleck, the Gone Girl actor purchased a $20.5 million Los Angeles compound in July 2024. He reportedly closed on the home the same day that Lopez slashed her four-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom Manhattan duplex from her expansive real estate portfolio. After seven years on and off the market, she offloaded the penthouse in August 2024 for $23 million.
