Bojangles Just Announced They’re Adding A Very Southern Dish To Their Menu For A Limited Time



Bojangles has introduced a sweet, biscuity treat for a limited time during the spring season.

The biscuit chain debuted a new Strawberry Cobbler on the menu just when we’re starting to think about berry picking at the local farms. We’ve got plenty of recipes for this Southern comfort food for when you’re inspired to make your own cobbler, but sometimes you just want to indulge that sweet tooth in the drive-thru.

Bojangles’ cobbler starts with a scratch-made buttermilk biscuit, which is layered with a scoop of warm strawberry topping and drizzled with sweet icing. They’re promoting this Southern-style, breakfast-dessert mashup for all meals and every time of day.

“With its warm, buttery layers and sweet strawberry topping, this cobbler is the ultimate comfort food—perfect for breakfast, dessert, or any time in between,” says Marshall Scarborough, vice president of menu & culinary innovation.

This is the third cobbler Bojangles has introduced, starting with peach and then Bo-Berry, aka blueberry, earlier this year. Bojangles appears to still have a Bo-Berry Biscuit on the menu, which is stuffed with blueberries and drizzled in icing.

Bojangles is calling 2025 the “year of seasonal cobblers,” so we can’t wait to see what they have in store for us this coming summer. According to a news release, “The brand plans to announce seasonal flavors throughout the year, so stay tuned!” Whether peach, cherry, blackberry, or apple, we rarely say no to a cobbler.
