BSE Share Price: Shares of BSE Limited are trading higher up to 4 per cent in the morning during intraday on Thursday following the announcement of board meeting on March 30 to consider the bonus issue. The scrip was trading at Rs 6,656.70 apiece on NSE with a gain of 3.98 per cent around 9:30 AM, against the day’s opening at Rs 4650 apiece.
In the filing dated March 26, BSE Limited said that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Sunday, March 30, 2025 to consider and approve the proposal of bonus shares, subject to the approval of shareholders.
