The Royal Raj by Gaurav Khurana (Modi Illva India Pvt. Ltd.)
A regal blend of whisky and spices for a sophisticated sip.
Ingredients:
50ml Singhasan Whisky
20ml honey syrup (1:1 honey & warm water)
10ml fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
Method:
Combine whisky, honey syrup, lemon juice, and bitters in a mixing glass.
Add ice and stir until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Ingredients:
50ml Rockford Reserve Whisky
30ml fresh lemon juice
20ml simple syrup
1 egg white
Ice cubes

Method:
Shake all ingredients (except ice) vigorously to emulsify egg white.
Add ice, shake again, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

50ml Rockford Classic Whisky
15ml fresh orange juice

Method:
Shake whisky, orange juice, honey syrup, and paprika with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with an orange slice.

Ingredients:
60ml Bourbon Whisky
45ml Guava juice
10ml Lime juice

Method:
Muddle chili with honey syrup.
Add whisky, guava juice, lime juice, black salt, and bitters.
Stir well with ice and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with a guava slice or dehydrated lime wheel.

60ml Whisky

Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice.

Method:
Muddle watermelon and sugar cane/agave.
Add whisky and ice, stir well.
Garnish with lemon and mint slices. Optionally, rim the glass with Tajin.
