Varun Beverages Final Dividend 2025 Record Date: Varun Beverages Limited, the manufacturer of Pepsi bottles, on Tuesday announced that the board has fixed Friday, April 04, 2025 as the record date for the final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. The company had declared the final dividend on February 10, 2025 for the financial year.
Stocks of Varun Beverages Limited slipped 1 per cent during the intraday on Tuesday after a positive start at Rs 534 apiece. The stock’s 52-week high and low reflected at Rs 682.84 and Rs 419.40, respectively.

The payment of the final dividend will be completed on and from Monday, April 07, 2025 to those shareholders whose name appears in the Register of Members of the Company or in the list of beneficial owners maintained by the Depositories as on Friday, April 04, 2025.
The final dividend is subject to the approval of equity shareholders of the Company at their 30th Annual General Meeting scheduled on Thursday, April 03, 2025.
