Hrithik Roshan’s diet and workout secrets revealed
Hrithik Roshan reportedly exercises five times a week, typically alternating between two days of workouts and one day of rest. He only trains for three consecutive days if he has fully recovered and had adequate sleep. Each weightlifting session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes, focusing on two muscle groups at a time, such as the back and biceps, chest and triceps, or shoulders and abs.
Walking and cardio
Along with aerobics, Hrithik concentrates on walking at least 10,000 steps per day. Every day for roughly 40 minutes, he engages in some type of exercise, whether it be jogging on the beach or swimming. Since he doesn’t want the body to adapt and the workout to get stale and repetitive, Hrithik constantly mixes it up.

Lifestyle habits
Sleep is a top priority for Hrithik. Many people are unaware that their injuries are the result of inadequate rest and healing. Hrithik goes to bed fairly early at nine o’clock. He concentrates on his sleep as well as his hydration. He consumes approximately 4-5 liters of water each day.
Diet
Hrithik consumes 6-7 meals per day, making sure he is never hungry. His diet is varied, and includes high-protein foods such as egg whites, chicken, whey protein, and fish, paired with carbohydrates like oats, quinoa, rice, and sweet potatoes.
More on the Greek God
Kris Gethin, who used to train Hrithik, in a 2023 interview with GQ India, elaborated the above points, and said that Hrithik’s training regimen involved five days of workouts per week, with two days on and one day off. Sometimes, if Roshan felt fully recovered and well-rested, they extended the training to three consecutive days.
Gethin revealed that Roshan’s workouts lasted 45 to 60 minutes, focusing on two body parts per session, like back and biceps or chest and triceps. He also ensured he got at least 10,000 steps daily, often jogging on the beach or swimming for 40 minutes. Gethin emphasised changing workouts regularly to keep them effective and interesting.
Hrithik impressed his fans with his amazing physique in ‘Fighter’. He followed a strict diet to get this look. Kris Gethin told India Today that Hrithik ate six to seven meals a day. His diet included whey protein, fish, egg whites, chicken, oats, quinoa, sweet potato, and rice.
Hrithik himself once shared a glimpse of his diet routine. In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, he mentioned starting his day with 6 egg whites and avocado. His next four meals consist of a boxed meal with 70 grams of protein, salads, and veggies. He adjusts his diet based on his weight goals.
