Our fast and fancy carrot ribbon salad is tropical and luxurious with a slow-building heat coming in from crushed red pepper. The ribboned carrots are glossy from a mango dressing that is incredibly bright and plays up the sweetness of the carrots The whole salad is scattered with mint and pepper flakes that provide a visual and flavor boost that not only appeals to the eye but also really makes the mango dressing pop more so.
