“I knew that the chips with extra curves and folds were my favorite ones in the bag, and I always wondered why there wasn’t a brand dedicated to these golden nuggets,” said Emma Cramer, founder of Folds, “Every bag of conventional chips might have a few perfect folds that everyone fights over. We asked ourselves: what if we could flip that ratio?”

Folds came up with a compression process that creates uniquely shaped chips that stand out for their texture, crunch, and pockets of flavor.
