Kim Kardashian stands firm against Kanye West’s threats as custody battle looms

The ongoing feud between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West has taken a dramatic turn after the rapper released a new song featuring their daughter North West, despite a prior agreement not to use her voice.

According to In Touch, Kim and Kanye had reached an agreement through their lawyers that stipulated North’s voice would not be used in any of Kanye’s music.

However, Kanye chose to ignore this agreement, prompting Kim to remind him that she owns the trademark to North’s name.

The raper’s response to Kim’s reminder was ominous, with the rapper threatening to “go to war” if Kim didn’t amend the agreement. “Amend it or I’m going to war. And neither of us will recover from the public fallout,” Kanye warned.

Despite his attempts to intimidate her, the SKIMS mogul is standing firm, with the source revealing that she is determined to protect her children at all costs.

“Kanye says he’s got so much dirt to spill, Kim and her family won’t know what’s hit them when he decides to unleash hell,” the source said.

“But Kim’s conscience is completely clear. At the end of the day, it’s her responsibility to protect the kids at all costs. Everyone is telling her to fight for custody.”

Reports suggest that Kim is preparing to apply for sole custody of all four of her children with Kanye, citing his unpredictable behavior as a major concern. “North loves him,” a source who knows Kanye well told Page Six.

“I can’t speak for the other kids, but North is definitely Ye’s girl. But it must be scary for Kim. He’s obviously not taking his meds, if he was we wouldn’t be here.”

The source went on to describe Kanye’s behavior as “sinking further down” and “not acting rationally.” “There’s so much negativity – I don’t think he can come out of this,” the source said.

Another source revealed some of the bizarre things Kanye has done, which has added to Kim’s concern. “Ye destroyed it [a warehouse in LA that he planned to turn into a store] – like every place he rents or owns,” the source said.

“He painted the windows on the ceiling black so no natural light could come through, now it feels like a haunted house. Over the summer, the kids would go there and hang out, and North would be playing with Bianca.”
