Watermelon

Despite its high glycemic index, watermelon has a low glycemic load of just 5 per 120g serving. Enjoy a cup of fresh watermelon slices or mix them into a refreshing salad with feta cheese, walnuts, mint, and a drizzle of lemon juice.

Kiwi

Packed with fiber and vitamin C, kiwi is a great choice for diabetics. It helps regulate blood sugar and boosts immunity.

Papaya

Rich in beta-carotene, vitamin C, folate, and potassium, papaya is a digestive-friendly fruit. It contains the enzyme pepsin, which aids in breaking down proteins.

Guava
