Meet Don Jr.’s Five Kids With Vanessa Trump – The List
Though Ivanka Trump has praised Donald Trump to CNN as “an incredible parent,” there are signs that may not be the case. His first wife, Ivana Trump, who died in 2022, wrote in her memoir “Raising Trump” that she had done the bulk of parenting their three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric Trump. His second wife, Marla Maples, also raised their daughter, Tiffany Trump, without much help from the tycoon beyond financial following their divorce in 1999. Some details about Donald’s relationship with his and Melania Trump’s son, Barron Trump, suggested he wasn’t that present of a parent for his youngest either. The president himself confirmed that he wasn’t the type of parent who changed his kids’ diapers and tucked them into bed. “I’m really like a great father, but certain things you do and certain things you don’t. It’s just not for me,” he said on the “Opie and Anthony” show (via People).

While Donald’s eldest son has taken after him in many ways, parenting style was apparently not one of them. Unlike his dad, Don Jr. appears to have a more active and present role in the lives of his five children, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Vanessa Trump. During their 13-year marriage, they welcomed daughters Kai and Chloe and sons Donald III, Tristan, and Spencer, and he’s stayed present in their lives since the divorce. “They are co-parenting, and while Vanessa is a hands-on mother and always there, Donald is also a good father. He is around for his kids,” an insider told People.
Among their kids, only Don Jr. and Vanessa’s eldest Kai has officially stepped into the spotlight as of March 2025. However, the exes’ social media provide some insight into their children’s lives, hobbies, and relationships with them.

Kai Trump has become a popular influencer
Born May 12, 2007, Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump’s firstborn, Kai Madison Trump, has garnered attention not only for being Donald Trump’s eldest grandchild and a lookalike of her aunt Ivanka Trump but also for her golf prowess. Kai is perhaps the most well-known among her siblings, having made her political debut at the 2024 Republican National Convention to campaign for her grandfather and then capitalized on her identity and connections as a Trump to build a huge following on social media.

She’s amassed 3 million followers on TikTok, 1.6 million followers on Instagram, and 1.06 million subscribers on YouTube as of March 2025. Social Blade estimated she could earn over $400,000 a year just from her YouTube content, which includes glimpses into her lavish life, videos of her playing golf, and even clips providing a behind-the-scenes look at her grandfather’s 2025 inauguration. Her most-viewed video, which has raked in over 8 million views, shows her, her friends, and her grandpa Donald getting a front-row seat to Elon Musk’s SpaceX rocket launch.
Kai has also featured both of her parents on her channel. She appears to be closer to her mom, Vanessa, who easily beat her daughter’s best friend in a game about who knows Kai better. On the other hand, her interactions with Don Jr. in a video of them attempting to bond over golf were often stilted and awkward.

Kai made big moves in her golf career before even turning 18
Golf is not just a passion Kai shares with her grandfather; it’s what she envisions herself doing for the rest of her life. She’s played the sport since before entering grade school and was appointed team captain of the girls’ varsity golf team at her Florida high school, The Benjamin School, for which Tiger Woods’ son Charlie also plays golf. She already has some trophies to her name, including the ladies’ club championship at her grandfather’s Palm Beach golf course. So, it’s no surprise Kai is set to play college golf at the University of Miami after she graduates high school in 2026. “Golf has always been a massive part of my life and is my biggest passion,” her SportsRecruits profile read.

But before even setting foot in college, Kai has already made several big moves to further her golf career. She not only regularly shows off her skills on her social media pages, but she’s also met and played against the likes of four-time major champion Rory McIlroy, two-time U.S. Open champ Bryson DeChambeau, Swedish star Daniela Holmqvist, and golf influencer Garrett Clark, also known as GM Golf.
At 17 years old in 2025, Kai signed NIL (name, image, and likeness) and endorsement deals with Leaf Trading Cards and the golf equipment company TaylorMade Golf, the latter of which also boasts Woods and McIlroy as ambassadors. While the money involved hasn’t been disclosed, it’s likely a sizeable figure considering Kai’s NIL was valued at $1.2, putting her at the top in terms of valuation in women’s high school golf.

Donald John Trump III and Spencer Trump appeared on the cover of a shooting magazine
Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump expanded their family in February 2009 when they welcomed their eldest son, Donald John Trump III. Photos shared by Don Jr. in February 2025 for his son’s 16th birthday showed that the teenager, who goes by the nickname Donnie, is his father’s mini-me and has taken on his grandfather Donald Trump’s signature ‘do. “Donnie I love you and I’m very proud of the young man you’re becoming,” the father-of-five wrote.

Unlike his big sister Kai Trump, Donnie isn’t active on social media and hasn’t waded into the muddy waters of politics as of his 16th birthday, though he has appeared alongside his siblings at various events related to his grandfather, Donald Trump’s, 2024 presidential run. Not much is known about Donnie, but he and his younger brother Spencer Frederick Trump, who was born in 2012, appear to have a close bond with their dad and share his well-documented love for hunting. In 2024, Don Jr. and his oldest and youngest sons appeared on the cover of American Shooting Journal, with all three dressed in hunting gear, carrying rifles, and showing off their game birds — as seen in the image Don Jr. proudly shared on Instagram.

Donnie and Spencer also have a yearly tradition of going on a hunting trip with their dad. Photos from their 2023 trip showed Donnie’s deft handling of a rifle and the ducks the Trump trio and their hunting party shot. “North Carolina annual boys hunt. This has become an annual tradition with me and my boys for 8 years and this year definitely didn’t disappoint. Great food, even better friends and insane memories,” Don Jr. captioned the post.
Tristan Trump is the most low-key of Donald Jr.’s kids
While none of Donald Jr. and Vanessa Trump’s five children have public social media accounts except for Kai Trump, their third and middle child Tristan Milos Trump, who was born in October 2011, seemingly has the lowest online presence among the siblings. Though both his mom and dad have posted photos of him over the years, Tristan was missing from the images from several key family outings, such as Don Jr. and Vanessa’s trick-or-treat adventure with their children in November 2024, the businessman’s hunting trips with his other two sons, and Super Bowl 2025, which Don Jr. attended with his new girlfriend Bettina Anderson and children Donald III, Spencer, and Chloe. Unlike his siblings, there are also almost no Instagram posts of Tristan enjoying one-on-one father-son quality time with Don Jr.

However, we can glean some insights into Tristan’s interests and personality from his rare appearances on Don Jr.’s social media. If his older brother Donnie takes after their dad appearance-wise, Tristan is the spitting image of their mom, Vanessa. Like the rest of his family, Tristan appears to be a big fan of fishing, with photos posted by his dad showing Tristan proudly holding up one of his catches. The teen may also support the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, whose flag was used to decorate the birthday cake he got when he turned 12 in 2023. In addition, Tristan has no problem showing his affection for his grandfather, Donald Trump. In some images uploaded by his dad, he could be seen hugging Donald while on a plane when he was younger and cuddling up to his grandpa at the 2024 Republican National Convention.

Spencer Trump is an outdoorsman like his dad
Spencer Frederick Trump — the fourth of Donald Trump Jr.’s “smurfs,” as he affectionately calls his kids — has a close relationship with his dad, which is fully displayed in the father-of-five’s many posts featuring his youngest son. In 2021, Don Jr. shared on Instagram a glimpse of how he spends quality time with Spencer at home by posting snaps of him and his youngest goofing around on the couch and playfully roasting him in the caption, writing: “I legit think that Spencer thought he had me. First he thought he was stronger then he tried to choke me out. I do appreciate the confidence though.” The businessman also played games and made s’mores with Spencer and his younger sister, Chloe, in January 2025.

Based on Don Jr.’s posts, most of their father-son bonding involves outdoor activities, which are a huge part of Don Jr.’s parenting philosophy. He regularly takes Spencer on fishing and hunting trips. In addition to going hunting in North Carolina each year, Don Jr. and Spencer went fishing for salmon in Alaska in the summer of 2023 and enjoyed a trip to South Dakota together later that November. “…getting them in the great outdoors and sharing that time together has just been amazing. If you can get your kids off the couch and into the woods or onto a river, you’re doing good,” Don Jr. wrote alongside their Alaska snaps.
But Spencer’s interests aren’t limited to hunting game, fishing, and learning how to prepare fish for cooking. He’s apparently also a fan of snowboarding and riding ATVs, snowmobiles, and racecars.

Chloe Trump can helm a small boat at 10 years old
Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump welcomed their fifth child, Chloe Sophia Trump, in June 2014. Like her siblings, she’s been mostly kept away from the spotlight by her parents, but she doesn’t seem to shy away from attention when she does make a rare public appearance. In January 2025, the 10-year-old smiled as she danced with her father on stage at the Liberty Inaugural Ball in Washington, D.C.

Not much is known about Chloe, but based on her mom and dad’s posts, her interests include monster trucks, golf, fishing, and boating. Don Jr. and Vanessa took Chloe and her older siblings to a monster truck racing event in New Jersey in 2019 to celebrate their youngest child’s fifth birthday. “Chloe has a birthday coming up next week and her favorite thing in the world is Monster Trucks so her present came a week early … no better way to spend a Saturday with the kids than at #MonsterJam,” Don Jr. wrote alongside photos of them posing next to monster trucks.
Chloe also got to show off her golf skills alongside big sister Kai Trump in videos shared by their mom on Instagram. “Chloe killing it,” the proud mom captioned one video of Chloe playing at her grandfather’s golf course in Palm Beach, Florida. Meanwhile, several of Don Jr.’s posts show Chloe going fishing with him and her brothers and showing off the fish they caught. She’s apparently gone on enough fishing trips with her family to become adept at steering a boat by the age of 10. “Baby Boater!!! Chloe wanted to do all the captaining today!!!” Don Jr. captioned a video of Chloe expertly operating a boat. It seems she’s taken after her siblings and parents with a lot of her passions.
