Meghan Markle Shares the Sweetest Message Alongside Photo with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet
While Meghan Markle is no doubt the star of the show when it comes to her new lifestyle brand As ever, it seems her kids Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet are going to help launch her new company right alongside her.
Ever since returning to Instagram on January 1, the Duchess of Sussex has featured the two children she shares with husband Prince Harry heavily—from making thumbprint cookies at home (which later ended up as gifts to The Drew Barrymore Show audience) to festive holiday content (like for Valentine’s Day last month) to ushering in spring by picking strawberries on March 20. On March 24, Meghan posted a photo of her with Archie and Lilibet on her Instagram grid, captioning the sweet shot “Every day is a love story.”
In the photo, Meghan’s back is to the camera as she wears a sun hat, a white button down, and jeans; the kids can be seen from the side, with Lilibet wearing a matching sun hat and carrying a wicker basket, and Archie snuggling up to his mom, his hands wrapped around her leg. Both kids’ red hair—a la dad Harry—is fully on display. Meghan’s right hand holds the back of Archie’s neck, cementing the closeness between the trio.
In addition to photos on Meghan’s Instagram, Lilibet features prominently on the homepage of As ever, walking in front of a picturesque California landscape with her mom.

While Archie and Lilibet didn’t feature in Meghan’s Netflix lifestyle series With Love, Meghan, they did visit her on set—and got a number of mentions in the show. Referring to makeup artist and friend Daniel Martin—who features in the debut episode of the eight-part series—Meghan said her kids call him “Uncle Daniel,” and, while preparing bath salts for him in episode 1, said she used “a lot of Arnica in my house. That’s toddler life! Lots of bumps and bruises.”
The kids are also used to their mom making her famous strawberry jam—or preserves, as Meghan is intent to call it—saying her kids come home from school and smell “the sweetness that wafts through the house when you are slow cooking fruit,” Meghan said. “There she is. ‘Oh, mom’s making preserves again.’” Later in the series, she shares of the jam that “Lili and I actually made this batch together,” she said. “She picked all those berries with me and then she’s like, ‘No, no, mama, I’ll do it.’ And she wants to try. She’s like, ‘I’ll stir it. I’ll mash it.’” She added that her only daughter feels “proud” helping her out.

Also of Lilibet, Meghan said she likes to dance and sway when she’s eating something that tastes good, and that the 3-year-old budding songwriter even wrote a little bop about cleaning as you go.
Apparently the Sussex kids also “love eating vegetables so much,” Meghan said, and that they enjoy the good-for-you food because “you just make it present beautifully with your eyes first,” she continued, adding in episode 5, “Even for our kids, I think what’s been so nice and why they love eating vegetables is because it looks colorful and fun.”
Meghan also shared that she makes breakfast for her family—which she takes pride in, she said—and that she hopes her kids remember her making food for them: “It’s so much a part of what I want them to learn and have these great formative memories of being there with me, and, ‘Oh, mama used to make this!’” she said on the show.
Over the weekend, Meghan took Instagram followers deeper inside her world, showing herself and close friend Kelly McKee Zajfen making what Meghan called a reinvented banana split for breakfast on March 23: a sliced banana sprinkled with the aforementioned jam from As ever and honey. (McKee Zajfen is one of Meghan’s friends featured in With Love, Meghan.)
Later on Sunday, Meghan shared an Instagram Story of birds flying across a bright blue sky in a V formation, telling followers that Harry—who she called “my H”—took the video, which she captioned, “Flying into the week with my family.”
