Oreo fans have been given sweet treat after sweet treat with two new limited-edition Oreo flavors launched in late February and all the 2025 Oreo treats that hit grocery store shelves earlier this year (and no one’s complaining!). Now, Oreo is bringing back a certain fan-favorite reminiscent of summer evenings around the campfire. That’s right, marshmallow lovers—s’mores Oreos are officially back.

Reintroducing S’moreos

The limited-edition S’moreo snack features graham-cracked flavored wafer cookies, a chocolate creme layer, and a marshmallow creme layer. With all the flavors of the perfect s’more packed between two delicious Oreo wafers, it’s no surprise customers have been waiting for the company to restock.

Dunk it in milk, use it in an Oreo dump cake, or warm them up to create the melty, fresh-off-the-fire s’more you concoct at a picnic or bonfire. Every bite will be as delectable as the last (minus the gooey fingers), thanks to the flavorful combination of traditional Oreo flavors and a favorite spring and summer treat.

The iconic S’moreo sandwich cookie is not a new treat—it first debuted in 2015 as a limited-edition snack, and fans have been missing it ever since. They briefly rejoined grocery store shelves in both 2021 and 2023, and now s’mores lovers everywhere can rejoice since S’moreos have made their biennial appearance. 

When Will the Cookie Be Available for Purchase?

Famous food influencer Markie Devo leaked the drop on his Instagram page on March 18, stating the official launch date will be April 7. Commenters have pointed out that this year’s release is hitting earlier than usual, as other releases of this flavor have typically launched in early May.

“They really need to make this a permanent flavor,” says one commenter on Devo’s Instagram post. “These are so good, my kiddo is gonna be THRILLED,” says another fan.
