Skillet-Roasted Radishes
These skillet-roasted radishes are nothing like the spicy, peppery raw radishes you may be familiar with. As a matter of fact, roasted radishes take on a completely different flavor profile.
These roasted radishes are fork-tender, slightly sweet, and beautifully herbaceous. A dash of vinegar lends some tang and freshness. Even better? They add a little splash of color to the table as a side dish.
