Stocks To Watch On March 12: Markets remained volatile on Tuesday but ended slightly in the green amid mixed signals. Today, shares of Bharti Airtel, PB Fintech, Infosys, Kaynes Technology, KPI Green, and others will be in focus due to various news developments.

Bharti Airtel

Bharti Airtel has signed an agreement with SpaceX to bring Starlink’s satellite internet to India. However, the deal is subject to SpaceX receiving approval from Indian authorities to offer Starlink services. Airtel may also sell Starlink equipment in its stores and provide services to businesses.

TCS

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will acquire Bengaluru-based commercial real estate firm Darshita Southern India Happy Homes for Rs 2,250 crore. The property will serve as a delivery center, with the acquisition to be finalized through a call option to acquire a 100% equity stake after two years.

Swiggy

Swiggy announced plans to transition to a 100% electric vehicle (EV) delivery fleet by 2030. The company currently works with 540,000 delivery partners across India and already delivers some orders using EVs. Last October, Swiggy also launched its XL EV fleet for bulk orders.

HUL

Minimalist, recently acquired by Hindustan Unilever for Rs 3,000 crore, will leverage HUL’s distribution network to expand both domestically and internationally. The acquisition supports Minimalist’s goals to grow in manufacturing, research and development (R&D), and offline retail.

Godrej Agrovet

Godrej Agrovet’s board has approved the acquisition of the remaining 48.06% stake in Creamline Dairy Products, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The company has paid Rs 930 crore for the acquisition.

RVNL

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) won a key infrastructure project, emerging as the lowest bidder (L1) for a Rs 554.64 crore contract from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The project involves constructing a six-lane access-controlled road in Andhra Pradesh.

Nykaa

FSN E-Commerce (Nykaa) has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Nykaa Essentials, focused on the beauty and personal care (BPC) retail business. The authorized share capital is Rs 10 crore, with a paid-up share capital of Rs 5 lakh.

PB Fintech

PB Fintech, the parent company of Policybazaar, approved an investment of up to Rs 696 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, PB Healthcare Services. The investment, subject to shareholder approval, will be made through equity shares or compulsorily convertible preference shares.

Kaynes Technology

Kaynes Technology India’s Managing Director, Ramesh Kunhikannan, received a Show-Cause Notice from SEBI regarding alleged violations related to the company’s Structured Digital Database (SDD) for financial results ending March 31, 2023, under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

Adani Enterprises

Following its success with the Dharavi slum redevelopment project, Gautam Adani’s group has emerged as the highest bidder for the Rs 36,000 crore redevelopment of Motilal Nagar in Mumbai.

Nestle India

Nestle India has partnered with Thakral Innovations to distribute its luxury Nespresso boutiques in India.

Infosys

Infosys ADRs declined for the second consecutive day after Morgan Stanley downgraded the IT company to ‘equal-weight’ from ‘overweight.’

TVS Motor

Indian Foundation For Quality Management (IFQM) reduced its stake in TVS Motor to 18.18%, no longer making it an associate company.
