Press play on this supersized 60-minute dance cardio class featuring choreographer, host, and content creator Sheela Awe. We’ve combined two of our audience-favorite all-level classes to create a dance-party groove where you can get your cardio in. Perfect to unwind after a long day. You’ll start with beginner-friendly grooves set to pop beats. Awe mixes up the music with elements of ’90s-throwback, hip-hop, and salsa. Each song is a new dance to keep you challenged throughout. Awe will encourage you to bring your own style to the workout but you can also take cues from class members Paris Nicole and Madisyn Maniff. You can dance like everyone or no one is watching, depending on your preference.

Next, Awe takes the energy up with higher-intensity moves that will get your heart rate up. You’ll follow along as class members Lilian Gonzalez and Stephanie Jones go all out.

Even if you’re new to dancing, the easy-to-follow cues will keep you moving. If you love this workout, make sure to subscribe to our PS Fit Youtube Channel for new videos every week.
