This Celebrity Home Proves a Monochromatic Look Is Here to Stay in 2025

Anyone familiar with Este Haim, her sisters, or their music group HAIM, knows that everything about this family oozes artistry. So, it’s no surprise to us that her house is a visual embodiment of this as well.

In a collaboration with furniture design store Lulu and Georgia, Este Haim gives us unfettered access to her home, and it’s filled with textures and tons of movement. Take a deeper look, and find out which home trends she’s clearly mastered as well as her music.

Comfortable Furnishings

Este Haim’s living room is a combination of so many different textures—from the rattan chair to the velvet sofa to the high pile boucle armchair. This is one of the big trends we were expecting to see in living rooms this year.

The varied texture keeps the space alive and moving. No one piece falls into the background because every piece garners its own unique attention, and yet they all work cohesively together. Plus, everything looks comfortable and inviting, so anyone is welcome to relax.

Curved Lines

Even though all the items in this entryway are ordinary—a mirror, lamp, table, and vase—each piece has its own unique distinction that keeps this from being a space the eye just glazes over: asymmetry in the mirror and vase, rattan for the lamp, and two chunky table legs that force you to take an extra two seconds to visually digest.

This is also true of her stunning dining room. The chairs, table legs, lighting, and even decorative vase all incorporate curved lines. Instead of the harsh right angles of formal dining room chairs, Haim blends a neutral palette with naturally curved lines that give a more relaxed atmosphere to a still elevated space.

Warm Neutrals

It would be impossible to ignore how Haim’s color palette infuses every inch of her home. But instead of the stark whites and blacks of a traditionally minimalist space, she weaves in a more neutral palette of tans, browns, and beiges to create a kind of natural minimalism. This is also clear in her choice of plants and selection of decorative pieces throughout the home.

Color Drenching

One of our favorite 2025 trends is color drenching, and it seems like Haim has already mastered it. Her sandy-pink bedroom and accompanying living space all use different shades of the same color. This color, though different from what we see in the common areas, maintains the neutral palette of the whole home while making it feel distinct from hosting spaces.

With changes in lighting throughout the day, this color goes from light and airy in the daytime to warm and enveloping in the evenings. The furnishings lighten the space and still tie back to some of the same furnishings we see in the living room and music corner.
