For me, Easter means daffodils and tulips, candy-filled eggs, and grits quiche. In my family, we always gather for Sunday brunch, and the centerpiece of the table is inevitably this recipe. Though you can make grits quiche with a number of toppings and mix-ins, my family’s recipe is topped with crumbled bacon and chives or green onions, elevating it from a quick weekend breakfast to an Easter-worthy dish.
