TRENDING RUMORS

– Juventus forward Dusan Vlahovic now appears certain to move on in the summer, with Gazzetta dello Sport reporting that Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and Newcastle United are among a host of Premier League clubs leading the chase. The Serbia international is about to move into the final year of his contract, and Juve cannot afford the €12m salary he will be paid as of July 1, with the player unwilling to renegotiate those terms. Vladhovic has lost his place in the team to January signing Randal Kolo Muani, and the Serie A club will look for a transfer fee of €40m to €45m. With the 25-year-old not interested in a move to Saudi Arabia at this stage, a transfer to England is most likely. Diario Sport reports that Vlahovic has also been offered to Barcelona but they cannot afford the deal.

– Arsenal are “seriously interested” in signing Bayern Munich’s Leroy Sané on a free transfer this summer, Sky Sports Deutschland reports. While the Germany international’s preference is to stay at Bayern, he is yet to receive an official contract offer despite entering the final few months of his deal. His performances of late, including an excellent brace at home last weekend to St. Pauli, have been recognized by the club’s hierarchy. However, Arsenal’s interest in Sané could complicate matters, as concrete talks have already taken place between the two parties.

João Félix is attracting interest from Galatasaray and Saudi Arabia after AC Milan opted not to sign him on a permanent deal this summer, reports Nicolo Schira. The 25-year-old has been on loan at AC Milan since January, but has generally struggled to make an impact at San Siro. As such, the Italian club aren’t expected to trigger their option at the end of the season, which could open the door to the likes of Galatasaray and others. Félix is due to return to Chelsea in June, where he is under contract until 2031.

Marcus Rashford’s huge wages could prove to be a major stumbling block for Aston Villa if they trigger the player’s permanent transfer clause, reports Football Insider. The 27-year-old is on loan at Villa from Manchester United, and the West Midlands club have the option to sign him at the end of the season for a reported £40 million fee. If Villa do exercise the option, they’ll also have to fund Rashford’s salary, which is around £350,000 per week at United.

Barcelona sporting director Deco has drawn up a list of four possible full-back signings for the summer, according to Diario Sport. Vanderson, Marc Pubill, Jeremie Frimpong and Givairo Read are the names on the list as Barça look to add competition for Jules Koundé and Alejandro Balde next season. Deco is said to have been a fan of AS Monaco‘s Brazilian right-back Vanderson for a long time, while Barça have previously held talks about a deal for Almería‘s Pubill. Bayer Leverkusen‘s Frimpong, the report adds, is the “big dream” but probably out of the Catalan club’s price range. Feyenoord youngster Read is the fourth player being considered.
