If you take good care of your delicates, definitely take a look at this recall. The 50-ounce size of Woolite Delicates Detergent, sold on Amazon.com in January 2025, has been recalled due to potential bacteria risk. The “fast-track recall,” issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), helps remove potentially hazardous products from the marketplace as quickly as possible.

The recall affects 16,200 bottles of the 50-ounce size of Woolite Delicates Detergent with the SKU 62338-72724, and lot codes S24364, S24365 and S24366. The products may have been contaminated with Pseudomonas bacteria, which is commonly found in soil and water, but can cause a serious infection in people with weakened immune systems or who use external medical devices.
