Pakistani actor and reality starUmar Alam  recently made a dramatic proposal mid-flight.

During a private flight, Umar was seen proposing to his girlfriend in front of all the passengers with the help of the flight crew.

In a heartfelt moment, Umar expressed his love for the woman and confessed that although he is typically shy about expressing his feelings, he wanted to make the moment special for his future wife.

The video shows Umar kneeling and presenting an engagement ring, which his girlfriend accepted, saying “yes” to his proposal.

While many people celebrated the romantic gesture, others criticised the act. Some social media users felt that the proposal, while meaningful for the couple, was unnecessary for the fellow passengers.

There were also claims that the stunt was a publicity move orchestrated by Fly Jinnah to promote their airline.

Additionally, a few critics argued that Umar Alam’s actions might send the wrong message in an Islamic state, suggesting that such behavior could be seen as promoting Western culture.

Others questioned his celebrity status, suggesting that the proposal was a tactic to gain attention.
