As a sign of respect and dedication, devotees dress in clothing that matches the day’s colour, which is also connected to each day of Navratri. Red, yellow, green, grey, orange, blue, white, pink, and purple are among the most common colours, however, they differ from region to region.
During Chaitra Navratri, devotees observe a variety of rituals, such as fasting, prayer, meditation, and attending ornate events at temples devoted to Goddess Durga. The Goddess, known as Navadurga, is worshipped in a different form every day, representing different facets of feminine energy and virtues.
