The White Lotus season 3 has been nothing short of outrageous. Open robes, iconic accents, and yes, some truly shocking brother-on-brother action. Patrick Schwarzenegger, who plays Saxon, one half of the incestuous Ratliff duo, didn’t exactly find it easy to film. In fact, according to one co-star, he looked physically sick while filming his brotherly kiss scene. As it turns out, the actor also finds it hard to watch the show, too—especially when his parents are around.

Schwarzenegger recently made an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, where Barrymore surprised the actor with videos from his famous parents, actor Arnold Schwarzenegger and journalist Maria Shriver.

In the first video, Shriver asked her son, “What episode of White Lotus are you most nervous for me to watch?”

Shriver went on, referencing Schwarzenegger’s nude scene in the first episode: “I think every single one you’ve been nervous for me to watch. You keep saying, ‘That’s not me, that’s a prosthetic.’”

“It was a little nerve-wracking watching the first episode with my whole family because I do take some clothes off,” Schwarzenegger said to Barrymore. “But I think some upcoming episodes I’m going to watch without them.”

In the fifth episode, Saxon shared a drunken, drug-fueled kiss with his younger brother, Lochlan (Sam Nivola). Last week’s episode saw Saxon and Lochlan having flashbacks of their incestuous threesome with Charlotte Le Bon’s Chloe.

It’s no wonder that Schwarzenegger isn’t exactly eager to watch more of the show with his parents. After the shocking events in episode 5, his father posted a hilarious reaction on X. Reposting a picture of Schwarzenegger and Nivola on set, he added a GIF reaction of himself looking seriously shocked from the 1994 film Junior.

And apparently, things are about to get even more unhinged in the final two episodes.

“The next episodes, they’re crazy,” Schwarzenegger teased.

While details about the final two episodes of the season are being kept tightly under wraps by HBO, fans have plenty of wild theories. One thing we do know is that the monkey fan-theories are not accurate, according to actress Michelle Monaghan, who plays Jaclyn in the show. She told InStyle that the shooting in the season finale will not be carried out by the chimps. “What? The monkeys do the shooting? Man, y’all have lost it,” she teased. “Spoiler alert, like, sorry, the monkeys don’t do the shooting.”

Schwarzenegger’s co-star, Nivola, also recently opened up about the already-infamous brotherly sex scene between Saxon and Lochlan from episode 6. As he explained to Variety, the scene may be shocking for viewers, but it’s really a deeper metaphor. “I think it comes from a sense of insecurity,” he said. “He really looks up to both of his siblings, not from the point of view of a physical attraction. It’s more curiosity, and trying to figure out which kind of person he is going to become. He tries to connect with him in whatever way he can. I think Lochlan is a people pleaser, who will try to get people to like him by any means necessary.”
