You’ve Never Heard of Martha Stewart’s New Gardening Tool — But You Need It
Gardening and cooking maven Martha Stewart has a favorite saying: “use the right tool for the right job.”
To help everyone out in their gardens this spring, Stewart has released a line of affordable gardening tools exclusively with QVC. Ranging in price from $24 to $55, the garden supplies will get you started in March and take you all the way through fall.
A few other items were released at the same time, including a decorative wreath, hanging faux fern, and individual pieces of Chinoiserie-style patio furniture.
Here are our favorite new products from the Martha Stewart QVC line.

Martha Stewart Hori Hori and Serrated Knife Garden Cutting Tool Set
QVC
A hori-hori might be Stewart’s favorite garden tool. This one is a multi tool with the ability to dig, cut, measure soil depth, and even open a bottle, thanks to its 5.5″ blade with a serrated edge.
Stewart has also created a serrated knife. She was inspired when she was cutting tomatoes—why not also use a serrated knife in the garden? So she made an extra-sharp blade for pruning and cutting through the toughest plants.
Each item comes with its own sheath.
Martha Stewart Waxed Canvas Garden Tool Bag
QVC
Stewart suggests using this waxed canvas bag not just for gardening, but also for storing some basic home improvement supplies—the kinds of items you want to keep together and be able to carry from place to place. It has exterior and interior pockets, plus interior loops, for storing up to 50lbs of supplies.
Plus, the bag fully unsnaps to become a carrying case for things like wood, branches, and long gardening tools. It comes in gray and olive green.
Martha Stewart Garden Weeding Hand Tool
QVC
This hand hoe was inspired by Stewart’s trips to Japan where she saw this exact style of tool at Japanese garden stores. With its sharp point and flat side, it can dig, scrape, and weed, in spaces big and small. With its narrow point it’s great for getting in between paver stones.
Martha Stewart Set of 2 Reusable Outdoor Leaf Bags
QVC
These bags look small, like reusable grocery bags, but they’ll actually massive. Each is 24″x24″x24″ and holds up to 1,000 of whatever you want—leaves, branches, decomposing plants you ripped up from your garden.
Stewart’s idea for this product came after seeing bags much larger than these at construction sites on the side of the road holding thousands of pounds of soil and bricks. There are long handles on two sides and short handles on the other two, plus one on the bottom to make dumping out the bag even easier.
Martha Stewart Wearable Leather Garden Tool Pouch
QVC
The wearable leather garden tool pouch will be a must-have for anyone who doesn’t want to have to carry around a bag of gardening tools. There’s three smaller pockets and one larger pocket, plus a metal hook where you can attach your house keys or the keys to your gardening shed (no need to worry about losing them in the dirt!). The waistband fits from 28″ to 60″.
