Coastal Italy inspires the menus at Saint Bibiana and Bar Bibi. The former is open for dinner and weekend brunch and specializes in antipasti, pasta, and mains like porchetta. Bar Bibi serves poolside fare like salads, pizzas, and cocktails. Drinks can also be enjoyed at the hotel’s lobby bar, The Green Room.
